ClydeUnion Pumps was formed in 2008 after the merging of Clyde Pumps – previously part of the Weir Group – and Union Pump.
As a truly global force, it’s vital that their highly skilled and loyal workforce are kept informed and share a strong sense of direction and vision. The company’s Human Resources department are keenly aware of this and maintain a focused stream of activities aimed at excellent communication at all levels. Fission has been working with the department to support this communication on a number of levels, including posters and in-house promotional campaigns, leaflets and training and development support.
For a company with its origins in the 19th Century, they have some truly 21st Century plans and vision so it’s exciting for us to help them continue to support and value their great team.
